    Chris stands out as a prominent and seasoned executive in the hospitality industry within Vancouver, bringing a wealth of experience from a diverse range of roles to his ownership role at NOBLE at the Hills. His leadership track record includes esteemed venues such as Hy’s Steakhouse Toronto , The Shore Club Vancouver, and Gotham Steakhouse. More recently, he served as Executive Vice President for the CFW Group, overseeing operations at notable establishments like Joe Fortes (Vancouver and Whistler), The Grill on the Alley Beverly Hills (Los Angeles), and Fleetwood’s on Front Street in Maui, Hawaii. Chris is renowned for his focus on guest experience, which has fostered enduring relationships and cultivated a welcoming environment for both staff and guests alike. Away from work, Chris is often found enjoying a round of golf or spending quality time with his wife Sara and their daughter Ella.

    DIRECTOR OF CULINARY

    Graham is our Director of Culinary, overseeing the food program for NOBLE, Way Back Brew Co, and Resurrection Spirits, and brings incredible experience to our group. His portfolio includes collaborations with Local Public Eatery, High Top Pizza, Flourist, Pizzeria Farina, Pizzeria Bufala, and Corduroy Pie Co. His involvement with Corduroy Pie Co. was particularly noteworthy, as it included filming an episode of "Diner’s Drive-Ins & Dives," showcasing his talent and creativity to a wider audience.

    Jason has worked in the hospitality industry for twenty plus years serving in leadership roles with restaurants such as the Keg, Brown’s, and Joe Fortes. Since 2010, he has served as a restaurant leader (General Manager) for each of those companies while also taking on a leadership role through many new location openings. An avid sports fan, the opportunity to be a part of NOBLE was the perfect one to bring him back into the service world given his love for golf, restaurants, and wine. When he is not at the restaurant, you can likely find Jason with his two beautiful daughters or spending time with his wife Elizabeth.

  • TRAVIS McCORD

    EXECUTIVE CHEF

    Travis grew up in False Creek and it was close by where he got his start in the hospitality industry serving as a full-time cook at The Cat’s Meow shortly after his high school graduation. At just twenty years old, he was hired as the Sous Chef at Relish, a well-known lounge/restaurant in downtown Vancouver, where he worked for three years before moving to the Pourhouse in Gastown. There he worked under Chef Chris Irving who had worked under Gordon Ramsey and taught Travis how to take his cooking to the next level. Pourhouse is also where he met Graham Marceau and their shared passion for cooking set up them to become great friends who are excited to be sharing a kitchen today at NOBLE. Travis’s experiences took him to England for a few years and then back to Vancouver where he continued to leave his mark on restaurants such as La Pentola, The Opus Hotel, Capo, the Spritz, L’abbatoir and Oca before joining our team at NOBLE.
