Thursday, April 11 (South Surrey, BC) – A new restaurant is opening its doors in the South Surrey/White Rock community. NOBLE at the Hills will open to the public this upcoming Monday, April 15 and will be open for dinner service only Monday to Friday, opening for lunch starting Saturday, April 20 and onward.
Led by the team from Resurrection Spirits and Way Back Brew Co and featuring Culinary Director, Graham Marceau, Executive Chef, Travis McCord, General Manager, Jason Margoreeth, and Owner and Managing Partner, Chris Meyer,
“We have built something truly unique for our community and brought together an amazing team of experienced restaurant operators and culinary geniuses to ensure NOBLE is a place for everyone to create memories,” Meyer, a South Surrey resident with over 25 years’ experience in hospitality said with excitement for opening.
Graham Marceau, who’s previous experience includes partnership in Corduroy Pie Co which was featured on an episode of Diner’s Drive-In’s & Dives, has designed a menu that is American Italian, “we’ve really put a unique spin on traditional Italian dishes that we know people will love.”
The concept came together quickly, being designed, and renovated in just six weeks thanks to the amazing work of Good Sunday Design and Like a Rock Contractors who worked tirelessly to create a warm and welcoming space.
NOBLE provides a casual dining experience with elevated food, drinks, atmosphere, and experiences. Everything about NOBLE is meant to be welcoming so that whether you are with family and friends, or finishing a round of golf, you can enjoy your time with us from the moment you walk through our doors.
